She went onto study Art & Design at Leeds university and has now painted for 15 years developing her own distinctive identity. Kates love of art started at a young age with hours spent painting with her Nana at the dining table. She went onto study Art & Design at Leeds university and has now painted for 15 years developing her own distinctive identity. Basked in Yorkshire, Kate inspired by the beauty of the British countryside that surrounds her and specialises in abstract forms. Evoking a feeling of peace and tranquillity, her pieces are characterised by large-scale florals and abstracts, using acrylic on canvas. Playful and relaxed, there’s a naivety and innocence to her colourful works.
Kate is a keen collector of art across all areas and now travels across europe sourcing vintage art.
