We sell original artwork created by Kate Pottage, as well as any related items clearly described on the website.
Each original piece is hand painted by Kate Pottage, signed on the reverse. Paper work can be provided on request but is not supplied as standard.
Pieces are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Some images may be edited.
Art works may have imperfections, brush strokes, texture, debris.
Each piece is sealed with a gloss.
3.2 Vintage Art
Vintage Art/Antique Art is named where this information is available to the best of our knowladge. Vintage / Antique art work is dated when the piece has been signed and dated by the artist - all information given is to the best of our knowledge but is not factual.
We strive to display colours and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the artwork’s true colours precisely. All descriptions are as accurate as possible.
3.4 Frames
Vintage and Antique pieces are sold in original frames when stated.
The condition of vintage and antique frames may shown wear associated with age.
Art by Kate is edged in a natural unfinished pine that may be prone to knots and sap seen in the form and structure of this wood this helps to protect the piece in transit. Professional framing is done at your own cost.
If the buyer is wanting a piece unframed this may be requested prior to purchase.
3.5 Hanging & aftercare.
- No hanging advice will be given. We recommend pieces are hung by a professional due to weight.
- Brackets are supplied free of charge.
- Take are when unwrapping due to sharp edges.
- No after care or guarantee is given.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
5.1 3rd Part Courier
- Large items (1.5m and over) or valued over £1000 will be shipped via a 3rd party Couriers At a cost of £75 per item.
- By purchasing from our website you agree to contact number, email and address being passed to the 3rd party courier to compete the contract of sale (delivery).
- The 3rd party courier will make contact via email/mobile. This removes us from the process but for assistance please email Us. The buyer will need to liaise directly with the 3rd party.
- The courier will contact the buyer directly to liaise delivery specifics via email/text.
- 3 attempt will be made to deliver the item within a time frame, after this if the item is not delivered the customer will be responsible for the storage fee communicated by the 3rd party.
- The delivery is door to door.
- No unpacking/No waste to be removed.
- We are not responsible for delays through this 3rd party service.
- The 3rd party does not represent Wallis studios or Kate Pottage in any way.
5.2 Postage
- A postage fee of £25 covers packaging and postage.
- You will not receive delivery updates or tracking as standard. Please email for this infomation if needed.
- We are not responsible for any delays once this has been shipped By us.
5.3 Customs/ International
- Customs fees/tax are to be paid by the buyer.
-The cost of the return postage or courier collection is to be covered by the buyer not by Wallis studios.
- Items must be returned within 28 days from the date of delivery and in the original condition as sold.
- ’make me an offer' 'sale items' 'trade discounted items' sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.
- For Vintage art,full price items and Art by Kate Pottage you have 14 days to cancel your order and request a refund once an items has been delivered. Commissions/custom orders are non refundable.
- You will be required to re-wrap the item/items in the original packing provided in order for this to be collected for a refund For both courier items and postage items.
If your order arrives damaged:
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
All artwork, images, designs, logos, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Wallis Studios and/or the artist.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership. You may not:
